All Kinky Beads Atelier items are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to their handmade nature:

  • No two items will ever be identical.
  • Product photos are representative and may differ slightly from the final piece.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics inherent to artisanal products.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are shown in the selected currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.

We accept payments through approved third-party providers such as:

  • PayPal / Stripe / iyzico (depending on integration)

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without notice. Orders already placed are not affected by price changes.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order due to:

  • Incorrect product information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unexpected stock or production issues

If we cancel your order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped or custom production has not begun.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Kinky Beads Atelier offers worldwide shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and complete shipping address
  • Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by your country

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen global events
  • Lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot issue refunds.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because each item is unique, handmade, and created to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • A production error was made by us

To request support, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or issue

We will evaluate your request and offer the appropriate solution.

8. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom designs are made specifically for you and therefore:

Cannot be canceled after production has started

Are non-refundable under all circumstances

You will receive previews or approval steps when applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product designs, images, logos, artwork, descriptions, and branding—is the exclusive property of Kinky Beads Atelier.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or copy our products
  • Use our photos, text, or designs without written permission
  • Sell items resembling or replicating our original artwork

10. Limitation of Liability

Kinky Beads Atelier is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by shipping delays
  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or installation of our products
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials used in our artwork

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the purchased item.
