Our art is made for your body. Literally. That’s why we don’t do take-backs — but we do care.

Every piece we make at Kinky Beads Atelier is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and created with intention. As a boutique brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake on our part.

Here’s what you need to know before you hit “order.”

No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are:

  • Handmade with love and detail
  • Often customized to your body or request
  • Created in limited or one-off editions
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges — including for wall art, leather bags, or accessories.

Special Note for Harness Orders

Our leather harnesses are made-to-measure.

Please enter your body measurements (bust, underbust, waist, hips, etc.) during checkout or email them to us right after placing your order.

Orders without measurements may be delayed or canceled.

And because they are tailored to you, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under EU and Turkish distance selling laws (custom product exemption).

🛠 What If My Item Is Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Please contact us at hello@kinkybeadsatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Your order number

We’ll assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund — depending on the case.

Time Limits

All reports for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made later than this timeframe may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

All products sold on our site are considered final sale due to their handmade nature. Please read product descriptions and check your order carefully before purchasing.
