Can I return or exchange my item?

Because each piece is handmade and intimate by nature, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If something arrived damaged, though, contact us—we’ll make it right.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out quickly and with care.

What materials do you use?

We work with leather, chains, metal rings, colorful threads, beads, pearls, ribbons—basically everything sensual and stunning. Each product description includes exact materials.

Are your materials safe for skin?

We choose high-quality materials, but everyone’s body is different. If you have allergies or sensitivities, feel free to message us before purchasing.

How do I care for my product?
